Norma P. Fancher

October 31, 1951 - August 19, 2020

Norma P. Fancher “Penny”, 68, of Virginia Beach, went to be with the Lord, August 19, 2020 due to MS. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania until she moved to Virginia in 2003.

Left to cherish fond memories of her is her oldest daughter, Angela and her husband Nathan Williams, grandson, Javonte’ Williams, and granddaughter, Ashantee Williams. Her youngest daughter, Valerie Fancher, grandson, Raymond Denson Jr., and granddaughter Taylor Denson. Her sisters Adrienne Lindsay, Jan and her husband Donald Hayes, and Amanda and her husband William Light. Also 4 nieces, 2 nephews, 6 great nephews, and lots of other family and friends.

We take comfort in knowing that she is no longer in pain, and is with God, and reunited with family and friends who have gone before her.  She will forever be in our hearts.

To Valerie and family,

Please know that you are in my prayers. I remember how loving and hard working your mother was. You were her world. Know that she is now your guardian angel.
